What if I need to update my order?

Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Where can I find my tracking code?

What is the free shipping policy?
- Only orders of $140+ (after discounts) qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous US.
- Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping at any order value or shipping method.
When will my order ship?
- Order by 11:00 AM ET for same-day shipping on parcel orders, including overnight and other expedited options.
- LTL freight ships the next business day.
- Weekend orders (after Friday 11:00 AM ET through Sunday) ship Monday.
Can I pick up my order at the 10X Engineered Materials warehouse?
Yes, orders can be picked up directly at our warehouse in Wabash, IN. Regardless of your ordering method, please call us at (260) 209-1207 to let our team know that you are planning to pick up your order in person. You are able to pick up your order during our normal business hours. These are 7:30am – 3pm M-F. The address for pickup is 1162 Manchester Ave, Wabash IN 46992.
