What if I need to update my order?

Can I ship to a PO Box?
No, we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Tracking numbers can be found on your account page.
What is the free shipping policy?
- All 50 pound bags and pallet orders qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous US.
- Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping at any order value or shipping method.
When will my order ship?
- Order by 11:00 AM ET for same-day shipping on parcel orders, including overnight and other expedited options.
- LTL freight ships the next business day.
- Weekend orders (after Friday 11:00 AM ET through Sunday) ship Monday.
Can I pick up my order at the 10X Engineered Materials warehouse?
Yes, orders can be picked up at our warehouse, 1162 Manchester Ave, Wabash, IN 46992, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern. Regardless of how you ordered, please call us at (260) 209-1207 before your carrier is dispatched so we can schedule your pickup. Pickups loaded after 3:00 PM Eastern, or on a weekend or holiday, are subject to a $150 after-hours loading charge (see Pickup and Loading Charges below).
Pickup and Loading Charges
Customer pickups are loaded Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern. After-hours loading is $150 per truck for customer pickups loaded after 3:00 PM Eastern or on a weekend or holiday. We may instead reschedule a late arrival to the next business day. Please call (260) 209-1207 to schedule your pickup before your carrier is dispatched.
