10X Superoxalloy is 50% Faster than Garnet
In a comparison test, 10X superoxalloy abrasive was over 50% faster than garnet at removing epoxy from steel panels. Greener Blast Technologies, a Boston-based manufacturer of vapor-blasting equipment, performed a head-to-head test of 10X superoxalloy abrasive and garnet 30/60. The two abrasives were used to remove two-part epoxy at 13-17mil thickness from a two square-foot steel panel. While the garnet took nearly 2 minutes to completely remove the epoxy, the superoxalloy took just 76 seconds, a 51% improvement.
