Superoxalloy turns a 3-step surface preparation job into a 1-step job

The Challenge:

This stainless-steel frame normally requires a three-step process to meet customer specifications:

1. Blast with silica sand to clean the frame and weld lines
2. Blast with glass beads to reduce profile and achieve surface shine
3. Blast a third time with polishing media to remove swirl marks

The 10X Breakthrough:

The customer was able to achieve the desired finish in one pass using KinetiX 40/70 superoxalloy abrasive. KinetiXrestored the frame to new condition with dramatically lower abrasive consumption and job time while achieving entirely new levels of productivity and output for the customer.
