Summary

Arrow Marine, a Green Marine Member, switched to 10X Engineered Materials superoxalloy blast media and achieved dramatic efficiency gains: nozzle time dropped from 45 to 15 hours, vessel turnaround shrank from 4–5 weeks to 1–2 weeks, and cleaning labor fell from 25 to 6 hours per vessel, while using 20 gallons less paint thinner per vessel blasted.
